Founded in 2015 by Rob Hale, the firm is the founding owner of FoxRock Properties and operates as an active capital provider tied to an operating property platform. Through that platform FoxRock Properties owns and operates over 4.5 million square feet of medical, retail, office and industrial space in the Greater Boston area.
