Familjen Kamprads stiftelse is an independent, Växjö-based Swedish philanthropic foundation. It supports research, education and social projects and held assets valued at SEK 8 billion as of December 31, 2025. Its confirmed real-estate exposure includes a 2.0% stake, or 3,687,500 Class A shares at year-end 2025, in listed Fastpartner. Fastpartner owns Swedish commercial property across offices, public-service premises, warehouses and logistics, industrial and production sites, and shops, with holdings in major population centers. The foundation’s identifiable real-estate role is through shareholder equity in a Swedish property company.
