Closer Group is a New York City-based family office and privately held investment firm with a multi-asset portfolio that includes real estate. Its real estate affiliate, Closer Properties, owns, operates and develops Class A properties in New York City and Boston. The portfolio includes office, retail and hotel properties, as well as residential condominium development. Closer Properties states a total asset value of more than $5 billion.
