Beverly Capital is the primary investor in Juno Capital; Juno Capital directly manages the firm’s real estate investments and holds substantial positions in farmland, apartment buildings and hotels, and also invests in private real estate funds. Leadership includes founder and Managing Director Joseph P. Nolan and Principal Michael T. Nolan, who serves as Managing Director of Juno Capital and oversees Beverly’s real estate activity. The Nolan Family Foundation was created in 2019.
