Après-demain is a private, family-owned Swiss investment group and asset manager headquartered in Lausanne. The group includes a life-sciences division (Debiopharm) and an asset-diversification arm that invests across real estate and private markets. Real estate activity is managed through an in-house Real Estate department and Next Immobilier SA, covering quality Swiss residential and commercial assets and development projects that meet environmental criteria, alongside direct and indirect holdings. Since 2012 Après-demain has taken minority stakes in listed and unlisted European property companies, with participations including Batipart and earlier investments in Cegereal and Eurosic. The group also makes direct equity investments in operating platforms: in 2025 it backed The Babel Community to accelerate co-living expansion in France and Europe.
